We collect company details like company name, contact names, email address(es), phone numbers, physical address, and bank details.
This is to allow us to contact you for quotations and to request the supply of goods or services, and then to enable payment for those goods/services.

Employee Information

We collect personal details like your name, email address, phone number, physical address, bank and financial details, as well as details of licences and qualifications you hold.
This is to allow us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.

With Whom

We may share information as discussed below, but we won’t sell it to advertisers or other third parties.

We may share details collected with others working for and with K. G. Bell Ltd. K. G. Bell Ltd. uses certain trusted third parties (for example, manufacturers of bespoke, custom made supplies, and Payroll Accountants). These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf in compliance with this Privacy Policy, and we’ll remain responsible for their handling of your information as per our instructions.

Law and Order, and the Public Interest

We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

Where possible, data will be stored and/or shared in anonymised format, to protect it as best as possible at source, and avoid any unnecessary data sharing.

Any electronic data will then be deleted, and physical records securely destroyed using a specialist company.
